YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEB SITE CONSTITUTES ASSENT TO ANY NEW OR MODIFIED PROVISION OF THE TERMS THAT MAY BE POSTED ON THE WEB SITE.
The Services that Wordzoku provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that Wordzoku provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, Wordzoku may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.
The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by Wordzoku on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for Wordzoku granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Wordzoku and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not impersonate others through the Wordzoku service in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.
You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
Technical abuse and user abuse is not tolerated on Wordzoku.com, and will result in permanent suspension. Any accounts engaging in the activities specified below are subject to permanent suspension.
You may not create serial accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes. Mass account creation will result in suspension of all accounts.
You may not assist any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by the Terms.

We reserve the right to reclaim user names on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those user names. Accounts using business names and/or logos to mislead others will be permanently suspended.
You agree to the terms of Wordzoku’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Content
(a) License. By posting, storing or transmitting any content on or to the Web Site, you hereby grant Wordzoku a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, right and license to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit and sublicense such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world. You hereby irrevocably waive any claims based on moral rights, if any.
(b) Objectionable Content. Wordzoku does not have the ability to control the nature of the content offered through the Web Site. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Web Site and any content that you post. Wordzoku will not be liable for any damage or harm resulting from any content or your interactions with other users of the Web Site. Wordzoku reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of the Web Site and take any other action to restrict access to or the availability of any material that we or another user of the Web Site may consider to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable (including, without limitation, because it violates the Terms).

Indemnification. You agree to hold Wordzoku and its employees, representatives, agents, attorneys, affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers and shareholders ("Indemnified Parties") harmless from any damage, loss, cost or expense (including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs) incurred in connection with any third party claim, demand or action ("Claim") brought or asserted against any of the Indemnified Parties: (i) alleging facts or circumstances that would constitute a breach of any provision of the Terms by you or (ii) arising from, related to, or connected with your use of the Web Site or the Services. If you are obligated to provide indemnification pursuant to this provision, Wordzoku may, in its sole and absolute discretion, control the disposition of any Claim at your sole cost and expense. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not settle, compromise or in any other manner dispose of any Claim without the consent of Wordzoku.
